How we create your new website from start to finish 🚀

PHASE 1
Kick Off + Onboarding

This is where we get to know each other, establish trust, get all the organisational and administrative stuff out of the way and set up your Custom Client Portal so that in the next phase we can fully focus on doing the work and achieving results.

1 / INTRO CALL
In a 15 - 20 min call, we get to know each other and decide if we want to continue with a discovery call.

2 / DISCOVERY CALL
In a 30 - 60 min call, I understand your needs in more detail and we define the project's scope.

3 / PROPOSAL
Based on the results from our discovery call, I draw up a detailed proposal and a specific estimate.

4 / CONTRACT
Based on the proposal, you receive the contract. After revision we can both sign it digitally.

5 / DEPOSIT
I charge a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront, the final payment is due when your page is ready to go live.

6 / ONBOARDING
+ You get access to your Client Portal
+ We set up weekly or bi-weekly Calls
+ You receive the Onboarding Questionnaire
+ You upload your Brand Assets & Guidelines

PHASE 2
Strategy & Concept

This is where we lay all the groundwork to ensure that your website will in the end serve the purpose it’s supposed to, contain all the necessary information and have all the functionalities you need as well as the look and feel that represents you and resonates with your target audience.

Disclaimer: This phase can be a bit annoying and it can feel as if we are putting in a lot of work without really seeing any results, but trust me - this will pay off in the next phase!

Execution

This is the fun part where your website takes shape. In this phase, I use everything we worked on in phase 2 to set up your page from the ground up, give it the aesthetic and user experience we envisioned, upload all your texts and images, and install the required functionalities and make sure, that your page is keyword and search engine optimised.

PHASE 4
Offboarding & Handover

Now that your new website is up and running, I’ll enable you to manage it on your own in the future (unless you decide to book an Ongoing Maintenance Package with me 😇). After I receive the final payment, I transfer ownership of the website to you - and off you go!

1 / FINAL PAYMENT
Once your page is ready to go live, I’ll send over the final invoice.

2 / VIDEO TUTORIALS
Once I receive the final payment, you get access to your video tutorial library.

3 / TRANSFER OWNERSHIP
Finally, I transfer the ownership of your page to you or someone in your organisation.

4 / FEEDACK & REFERENCE
If you want, you can fill out a short feedback survey and leave a reference for me.
